This has also been brought up before, but the general idea is that Smoke gains 12% of his existing mana points. 1000 * .12 = 120 but Igniz bypasses this and gets 10% more 1000 *.10 = 100 then the supposed amount of 120 - 100 = 20.

I think the wording that I used is wrong. I'm open to suggestions on how to improve it, in order to better understand the logic
