I made this thread just because there aren't any threads at all.
So I wanted to ask a question about the 'Alive' Gear and how it's supposed to work.
Something about "interacting with the avatar" was mentioned but to what extend?

Hopefully the next chapter will answer you that question. Think of Alive gear as google glass with a lot more high tech features. The next chapter will give you a better understanding of it. As the stories unfold more will be explain in bits and pieces and why Embyro Gear is broken down to two products, Sense gear and Alive gear, instead of one. ^^

why can zero only stay in origin form temporarily if it is his original form.

My guess:

Since his origin form is stronger it is only logical that it would require a lot of energy.
This would explain why he was so tired after hatching and the limited transformation.
